However, in order for you to achieve maximum results of your skin goals, we will be providing you with a consultation to better assess the best treatment program for your skin condition. We also want to ensure that our IDS Customers do not over-use on the treatments, as results may be more damaging than beneficial. IDS AESTHETICS reserves the rights to recommend or reject the appointment should we feel that it may not be suitable for your skin.

Yes you may. However, there will be a limit as to how many times/the duration of travel you will be able to claim. Do check your membership T&C’s for more details

No. Our supplementary membership is not fixed. You can bring a friend up to 3 times a month or three guests for a facial session each.

Yes, but you will be required to provide one-month notice to cancel as proof of out-of-state residence. IDS Aesthetics will allow a maximum of 3 months of out-of-state status. Upon return, you will be asked to produce your boarding pass and passport to prove you were out of town to redeem back the 3 months. Payment will be deducted as per normal within the agreed payment term.

• Full payment by Cash / Credit Card (Mastercard / VISA) / NETS.
• Full payment to be made in 3 instalments over the first 3 months. 
• GIRO - 2 months deposit followed by monthly instalments. 

You will be required to fill up a GIRO application form. Processing and approval may take from 7 working days (DBS/POSB) to 6 weeks (other banks), depending on the bank used. 

Upon successful application, you will be notified by IDS Aesthetics via email or call on the payment deduction date.
